We invest in people silver accreditation means that we have gone through a rigorous assessment process and have been recognised as having good HR practices. The award acknowledges our commitment to our people and shows that we’re doing something right!
Only 23% of organisations achieve silver status. According to the latest insight report from Investors in People.
The assessment process was quite intense but very rewarding, it gave us an opportunity to reflect on how we operate as an organisation and also gave us a chance to look at what we could do better.
