SBUK Group prioritises mental health support

Mental health in the workplace
Did you know that one out of every six people in England experiences mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, every week?

SBUK Group prioritises mental health support by having four mental health first aiders on staff.

In addition, we aim to foster open discussions about mental health and well-being among colleagues. We believe that every business, especially those in the construction industry, is responsible for providing proper mental health support. Providing Mental Health First Aid training to our staff is one way to raise mental health awareness within the workplace.
