The costs provided are totally indicative and should be used informatively and not part of any detailed budgeting process. How long is a piece of string comes to mind!!! https://sipbuilduk.co.uk/sip-cost/

We do hope however that this helps to provide a picture of what can be achieved with our structures within different budget ranges.

Traditional builders A&S Homes approached SBUK to find a better way of building.  Fed up of wet trades and the time taken on site.

After a fortuitous meeting director Steve approached SBUK and after much toing and froing the project was given the go ahead.

A tight site with 5 small semi detached units on it in 2 blocks.  The project took a little over 2 weeks from start to  finish.  The 142mm SIP system was used with a trussed roof.

A&S Homes were delighted with the speed cleanliness and thermal performance from the SIPs.

"The site was clean but tight at the rear where the 2 block was. Built in a little over 2 weeks – we were delighted to be involved with great project."

If you are considering a SIP system for your next project we’re here to help.
