Fire ripped through the original build. Speed of build and the ability to start onsite as quickly as possible were the reasons the client chose SIP Build UK to deliver their rebuild.
The house was on site in less than 8 weeks and the build took less than 3 weeks. In front of program and schedule. The use of the 142mm SIP system for both the walls and roof helped the client achieve a great air pressure test despite having unfilled toilets and air leakage through them!!
